From Nashville, Tennessee:

Take I-40 East to Alexandria, New Middleton Exit, # 254, and turn right on State Route 53. Follow SR 53, 8 miles to U.S. 70. Turn left onto U.S. 70 and continue east 16 miles Smithville.  Continue east on US 70 to the third traffic signal which will be the intersection of State Route 56.  Turn right onto State Route 56 south and travel 1.6 miles to Vaughn Lane, you will see a sign for Evins Mill Nursery turn left onto Vaughn Lane.  Follow Vaughn Lane 3 miles where Vaughn Lane dead ends into Big Rock Road.  Turn left onto Big Rock Road and travel 0.5 miles where Big Rock Road dead ends.  Turn right and make an immediate left (0.10 mile) onto Cripps Lane.  The entrance to Evins Mill Nursery is 0.20 miles on the right.
 

 

From Knoxville, Tennessee:

Take I-40 West to the Smithville, McMinnville Exit, # 273 and turn left onto State Route 56, continue south 13 miles to Smithville. The second traffic light is the intersection of SR 56 and US 70 continue south and travel 1.6 miles to Vaughn Lane, you will see a sign for Evins Mill Nursery turn left onto Vaughn Lane.  Follow Vaughn Lane 3 miles where Vaughn Lane dead ends into Big Rock Road.  Turn left onto Big Rock Road and travel 0.5 miles where Big Rock Road dead ends.  Turn right and make an immediate left (0.10 mile) onto Cripps Lane.  The entrance to Evins Mill Nursery is 0.20 miles on the right.

 

From Chattanooga, Tennessee & I-24:

Take I-24 West to the Manchester, McMinnville Exit, # 111 and turn right onto State Route 55. Continue east 23 miles to McMinnville. Follow the U.S. 70 bypass and at the Junction of State Route 56 turn left and continue north to Smithville. At the Smithville City Limit sign turn right onto Vaughn Lane (at the sign for Evins Mill Nursery).  Follow Vaughn Lane 3 miles where Vaughn Lane dead ends into Big Rock Road.  Turn left onto Big Rock Road and travel 0.5 miles where Big Rock Road dead ends.  Turn right and make an immediate left (0.10 mile) onto Cripps Lane.  The entrance to Evins Mill Nursery is 0.20 miles on the right.
